SAT

SAT validations

Stricter rules for base values and rounding decimals; reduce process errors.

MRA

Manage multiple recipient addresses

Avoid duplicate entries in this catalog, and improve performance when registering manifests.

FTP

Integrate solution in Trakker to read from SFTP sites.

Speeding up the translation and integration of invoice and customs declaration files.

Expected impact

  • Fewer inconsistencies in Total Invoice/Shipsets due to rounding and incomplete captures.
  • Enable in-system management (via catalogs) of Appendices 1 and 2 of Annex 22, eliminating IT dependency and update fees.
  • Enable editing of a declaration’s general data when it’s not in use, with supervisor code authorization, to prevent “unused” declarations from inflating balances and avoid repeated inventory adjustments/rework.
  • Manage multiple recipient addresses
  • New attributes to "New Table" to integrate the tariff fraction, SAT product key, SAT unit of measure key, and validate the weight.
